Score = fit to your needs: speed for your household, upload for work calls, lag for gaming, reliability, price after bundle discounts, and carrier bundle match, weighted by what matters most to you. Payout only breaks ties between plans within 5 points of fit, so we never push a plan that does not fit (a bad fit does not activate, and we are paid only on activation).

Assumptions: the same 7 mock plans in every ZIP; mock payouts ($150-$500 per activation); activation odds start at 6% and rise with each answer (to be A/B tested against today's ZIP-only page).
